The Worker's Workshop is a learning design studio that helps organizations build learning experiences that improve workplace performance.

Our approach combines instructional design, learning experience design, UX-informed thinking, and accessibility to create practical learning solutions that fit the realities of today's workplace. What kind of projects do you take on?
We partner with organizations to improve workplace learning through instructional design, learning experience design, performance support, and UX-informed training. Do you work with clients outside of the United States?
Yes. We work with organizations in the U.S. and internationally. Project proposals are provided in U.S. dollars (USD), with payment terms and project logistics discussed during the proposal process.
How does pricing work?
Every project is different, so pricing is based on the scope, complexity, and timeline of the work. After a complimentary Discovery Call, you'll receive a customized proposal outlining the recommended approach and investment before work begins.
